My partner and I bought a loft apartment at Avenue Lofts in Fort Lauderdale. The developer painted a concrete polished look to the floor. Typical of paint it scratched and we weren't going to move into the loft with the floors looking scratched and looking fake. We contacted Colonial, who we have used on many projects and explained to them what we wanted and they delivered. I have to say when my neighbors come over to our unit they were jealous. We love these maintenance free floors! If anyone is thinking about having there floors stained or polished call Colonial

Wow... my concrete floors look great! I chose to do the acid staining process because of money constraints. The turned out great! Unfortunately I will not be able to enjoy these modern looking floor because I am trying to sell the house. Thank you Colonial Floor Care for the wonderful job.
